Can I play my own music at an event?
Yes. When you hire the whole venue, you’re welcome to play your own curated playlist.
What is the minimum number of guests for Morena’s canapé menu?
Our canapé menu is available for private events of 20 guests or more.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you can add your own décor. We simply ask that nothing is fixed directly to the walls to protect our interiors.
Can we use the terrace at Morena Belgravia?
Yes, the terrace is available when you book exclusive hire of our Belgravia venue.
Until what time can guests stay?
Private hire events can run until 11:30pm.
How do I secure my requested event date?
A £500 deposit is required to secure your chosen date.
Can I pay the deposit on the day of the event?
No, the deposit must be paid in advance, and the remaining amount to meet the minimum spend is due 14 days prior to your event.
What is your cancellation policy for private hire and parties?
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event the deposit will not be refunded.
When do I need to confirm the final guest numbers?
We require the confirmed guest count at least 14 working days before your event.
