We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Morena, 10-11 Eccleston Yards, SW1W 9AZ. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. Morena cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post so we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, our coffee is a perishable good and we are only able to replace or refund online orders of coffee, if faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment and inspection by our in-house team, as applicable. Please contact us by email email@example.com.
